Fish with Green Sauce

Fish fillet recipes don't have to be simple. Prepare this recipe for fish in green sauce with a touch of cumin and anise. Its fresh flavor makes it ideal for hot days and if you accompany it with fresh radish and white rice, you will mix the perfect flavors. In addition, eating fish has many benefits, as it contains omega 3, a low calorie content and is delicious.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1/4 onions, roast for the sauce
  • 2 cloves garlic, roasts for sauce
  • 6 green tomatoes, in quarters for the sauce
  • 2 jalapeño peppers, without veins, in strips and roasted, for the sauce
  • 1/4 cups parsley, for the sauce
  • 1/2 cups coriander, for the sauce
  • 1 teaspoon cumin, for the sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoons anise, for the sauce
  • 1/2 cups Water, for the sauce
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil, for the sauce
  • to taste salt, for the sauce
  • to taste black pepper, for the sauce
  • 4 white fish
  • 1/4 cups olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, finely chopped
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • enough radish, sliced for garnish
  • leaves marjoram, to decorate
  • enough white rice, To accompany

Preparation

Blend the onion with the garlic, the green tomato, the Cuaresmeño chili, the coriander, the parsley, the anise, the cumin and the water until the ingredients are integrated. In a saucepan with olive oil, pour the sauce, season with salt and pepper; cover and cook for 5 minutes. Reservation.
Place the fish in a deep bowl and marinate in the olive oil with the garlic, salt and pepper for 30 minutes, refrigerated.
Cook the fish in a skillet over low heat on both sides.
Serve the sauce on an extended plate with a ladle, place the fish slices, garnish with radish and marjoram leaves. Accompany with white rice.

TIPS

If you want the color of the sauce to be stronger, before blending the ingredients, brown the tomato with a little oil, this will help the color prevail.
