Fried Fish in BBQ Sauce KC Masterpiece

Prepare this rich and easy breaded fish snack with KC Masterpiece® Original Barbecue. Delicious crunchy fish pieces accompanied by a creamy dressing with BBQ sauce. A good snack for this Lent.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 4 pieces of tilapia fillet cut into cubes
  • 1/2 Cup of KC Masterpiece® Original BBQ
  • 2 cups of panko bread crumbs
  • enough of oil to fry
  • 190 grams of cream cheese (1 pack) for dressing
  • 1/2 Cup of sour cream for the dressing
  • 3 spoonfuls of onion stem chambray finely chopped for dressing
  • 1 teaspoonful of lemon juice for the dressing
  • 1 tablespoon of chili flake for the dressing
  • 1 teaspoonful of paprika for the dressing
  • 3 spoonfuls of KC Masterpiece® Original BBQ for the dressing
  • to taste of salt and pepper

    Preparation

    Bread the fish through KC Masterpiece ® Original BBQ sauce and then panko.
    In a small pot over medium heat, heat the oil and fry the fish for 3 minutes or until golden brown. Drain on absorbent paper and reserve.
    For the dressing, in a bowl beat the cream cheese and add the sour cream, the onion stems, the lemon juice, the chili flakes, the paprika, KC Masterpiece® Original BBQ and season with salt and pepper.
    Serve the fish accompanied by dip and enjoy.

    PRESENTATION

    On a metal basket, accompanied by strips of celery and carrot.

    TIPS

    You can make panko at home, all you have to do is grate the hard bread that was left over.
