Ingredients: 4 red snapper fillets, of 200 grams each; 2 leaves bay; 1 sprig thyme; 1 sprig parsley; salt, and pepper to taste; 1 stick butter; 3 cloves garlic, chopped; 1 teaspoon oregano; 1 teaspoon pepper; 2 1/2 cups tomato purée; 1/4 cups ketchup; 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce; 3/4 cups Parmesan cheese, grated

Wash the fillets, place them on a tray with water, salt, bay leaf, thyme, and parsley. Bring to a boil over the heat. When the fillets are cooked, remove them and drain.
