Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 mahi mahi
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 lime
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1/4 cups chicken broth, or fish, it can be made with water
  • 1/2 serrano chiles
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream, or Philadelphia cheese

Preparation

Season the fish fillets on both sides with salt and pepper
In a hot skillet add a tablespoon of olive oil and put the fillets until golden brown on the bottom, turn the fillets to brown the other side until the fish is cooked. Before removing the fish add the lemon juice
For the avocado sauce: In the processor add the avocado, the chicken broth, the cream, the chili, salt and pepper and mix until obtaining a smooth cream
Place the fish fillets on the plate and serve the avocado sauce at room temperature on top. optional. You can add a pinch of habanero salt and fried garlic on top

PRESENTATION

It can be served on a bed of couscous or served with steamed white rice.
