Ingredients

4 portions
  • 700 grams shrimp, large crude
  • 1 cup white wine

  • 1/4 teaspoons oregano, chopped
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomato
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, in pieces
  • 1 red onion, in pieces

Preparation

Peel the shrimp leaving the tail. In a bowl mix wine, oil and herbs, marinate for 2 to 4 hours in refrigerator. Heat the grill.
Drain the marinade and reserve. Thread the skewers, placing a shrimp, zucchini slice, onion, tomato, shrimp, pepper, etc. Put them on a plate and varnish the vegetables with the marinade, add sea salt, black pepper and paprika. Then varnish with melted butter.
Cook the brochettes on the grill for 6 to 8 minutes, turn them once, until they are cooked and browned. It is advisable to varnish from time to time with the marinade so that they do not dry out and acquire greater flavor.

PRESENTATION

Serve with white rice and lemon slices.
