Pasta Alfredo with shrimp

Prepare this dish for Lent or for any weekend, delicious Pasta Alfredo with shrimp. The creamy texture of the sauce is incomparable. A delight!

2 portions
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped
  • 20 shrimps, peeled and cleaned
  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • 1 package fettuccine, cooked and drained
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon White pepper, milled
  • 250 grams manchego cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped


In a pan, heat the butter and fry the garlic for 1 minute.
Add the shrimp and cook for 5 minutes. Add the cream and heat until it breaks into a boil.
Add the fettuccini, salt and pepper, mix until completely integrated.
Add the cheese and cook for 3 more minutes or until the cheese melts.
Garnish with the parsley.


Accompany with slices of bread.

Muy fail de hacer y muy rica. No tenía pimienta blanca y use negra, además de que use tanto manchego como parmesano. Genial que no se use el horno. Acompañar con vino blanco.
