  • 8 units prawn, (shrimp) fresh
  • 1 cup fruit vinegar
  • 1/2 cups vegetal oil

Preparation

Heat the griddle with vegetable oil.
Put the prawns on the hot griddle and drizzle white fruit vinegar as the prawns roast.
Turn around and go carefully drizzling each shrimp, until they show a golden caramel color that is formed with the oil of shrimp and vinegar. Do not add salt to the recipe.
Serve hot, accompany with bread and white wine.
