  • 8 guajillos chilei peppers deveined for sauce
  • 1 clove of garlic for the sauce

  • 3 pieces of peppercorn for the sauce
  • 1 teaspoonful of cumin for the sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of ground clove for the sauce
  • 500 grams of shrimp clean and without shell and reserve some with head to decorate
  • 2 spoonfuls of Salt
  • 1 lettuce finely chopped to accompany
  • 4 onions finely chopped to accompany
  • 20 radishes sliced ​​to accompany
  • 2 spoonfuls of oregano To accompany
  • 8 green lemons in halves, to accompany
  • 8 fried or toasted corn tortilla To accompany
  • 1/2 Cup of sour cream To accompany

    Preparation

    In an express pot over medium heat, cook the corn with onion and garlic for 20 minutes after the valve sounds. Reservation.
    For the sauce, soak the chiles in hot water for 15 minutes or until they are soft.
    Blend the chilies with a little of the soaking liquid along with the garlic, onion, pepper, cumin and cloves.

    Add the peeled and headed shrimp to the pozole and continue cooking for 5 to 10 more minutes or until the shrimp are cooked. Season with salt.
