These rich shrimp tacos will enchant you, as the mixture of paprika, garlic, lemon and coriander dressing make them unique. You will not be able to stop eating them. Prepare them at home and consent to all.

Ingredients

12 servings
  • 1 kilo of shrimp clean and without peel
  • 1 teaspoonful of paprika
  • 1 teaspoonful of garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoonful of cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of flakes of chili to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of Salt
  • 24 pieces of skewer stick
  • 1 Cup of sour cream for the dressing
  • 3 spoonfuls of coriander finely chopped, for dressing
  • 1 teaspoonful of lemon zest for the dressing
  • 1/4 of teaspoonful of Salt for the dressing
  • 2 spoonfuls of lemon juice for the dressing
  • 3 cups of cabbage white and purple
  • 1 tablespoon of jalapeño
  • 24 pieces of tortilla

    Preparation

    Mix the shrimp with papikra, garlic, oregano, cumin, chili flakes and salt. Nail about 4 shrimp on the skewer sticks sprinkle olive oil and take them to the grill or pan for 3 minutes per side.
    For the cilantro dressing combine cream, cilantro, lemon juice and grated rind and salt.
    Mix the grated cabbage with the chopped chilies and half the sour cream
    Make your shrimp taquitos, add the cabbage, the coriander cream on top and that's it!

    TIPS

    You can substitute parsley for cilantro.
