Preparation
For the teriyaki sauce, heat the oil and butter in a pot over medium heat, fry the garlic until it releases its aroma and add the soy sauce, ginger, habanero pepper, rice vinegar, Domino® Muscovado Sugar and the lemon juice. Cook until reduced and obtain a bright and thick sauce. Reservation.
Insert the shrimp, pineapple, onion, Cuaresmeño pepper and peppers on a skewer stick, insert all the ingredients. Season with salt and pepper.
Heat a grill over high heat, sprinkle with skewer oil and grill the skewers until the shrimp change color. Varnish with the teriyaki sauce and finish cooking. Remove and reserve.
On the same grill, heat the flour tortillas.
Remove the sticks from the skewers and serve over the hot tortillas, add more teriyaki sauce if desired and accompany with yellow lemon.
