Ingredients: 1 tablespoon olive oil; 1 tablespoon butter; 2 tablespoons onion, chopped; 1 clove garlic, chopped; 1/4 cups red wine; 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar; 1 can La Costeña® cranberry sauce, (520 g); 1 sprig rosemary; 4 salmon fillet, (200 g each); salt; white pepper; 1 tablespoon olive oil; 1 tablespoon butter; 4 tablespoons dried cranberries, for garnish; 1 green onion, cut into thin rings for garnish; 4 sprigs fresh rosemary

For the blueberry sauce, in a pot over medium heat, cook the onion with the oil and butter. Add the garlic and cook for 1 more minute. Add the wine and vinegar all at once, let it reduce for 1 minute, and incorporate La Costeña® Blueberry Sauce. Let it come to a boil and add the rosemary, cook for about 10 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Let it cool slightly.
