Ingredients: 1/4 cups olive oil; 4 fresh salmon, in slices, portions of 200g each; 1/2 cups asparagus, cut into 3; 1/2 cups carrot, cut into sticks; 1/2 cups bell pepper, cut into sticks; 1 pinch salt; 1 pinch pepper; 1 tablespoon butter, for balsamic reduction; 1 tablespoon garlic, finely chopped, for balsamic reduction; 1 tablespoon ginger, finely chopped, for balsamic reduction; 3 tablespoons honey, for balsamic reduction; 1 cup balsamic vinegar, for balsamic reduction; 1/4 cups sugar, for balsamic reduction; 1 tablespoon old style mustard, for balsamic reduction; 2 tablespoons green onion stalks, finely chopped

Heat a skillet over medium heat with olive oil, cook the salmon in the skillet. Add the vegetables, season with salt and pepper, cover, and cook for 10 minutes. Remove the salmon from the skillet and keep covered, cook the vegetables for 5 more minutes and set aside. Heat a small pot over medium heat and add the ingredients for the reduction, cook until a thick sauce forms. Set aside.
