Salmon with Hummus Scale

A different way to prepare salmon for that special date or to have dinner with the family. This salmon with a crust of hummus and cheese will be everyone's favorite dish.

Ingredients

  • 2 pieces of salmon fillet
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoonful of paprika
  • to taste of salt and pepper
  • 280 grams of Hummus Libanius®
  • 250 grams of Manchego cheese chopped into very small cubes
  • to taste of dry tree chili

    Preparation

    Mix olive oil, paprika, pepper and salt.
    Place the salmon in a baking tray and varnish with the previous mixture, let stand a few minutes.
    Apart mix Manchego cheese with hummus and place a layer on top of the salmon.
    Bake for 15 minutes at 200 ° C.
    In a pan sauté the tree chiles with salt and olive oil.
    Serve the salmon with some sautéed tree chilies to taste.

    TIPS

    You can add a little honey to the mixture of olive oil and spices.
