Ingredients

4 servings
  • 3 pieces of avocado for guacamole
  • 1/4 of Cup of yellow lemon juice for guacamole
  • 1/4 of Cup of jalapeno pepper finely chopped, for guacamole
  • to taste of salt and pepper
  • 2 spoonfuls of Butter to glaze
  • 2 spoonfuls of garlic finely chopped, to glaze
  • 1 piece of habanero pepper to glaze
  • 1 tablespoon of ginger finely chopped, to glaze
  • 1/4 of Cup of honey to glaze
  • 1/4 of Cup of orange juice to glaze
  • 2 spoonfuls of yellow lemon juice to glaze
  • 10 slices of bacon
  • 4 pieces of Salmon cut in 200 gram auction
  • enough of yellow lemon in segments, to serve
  • enough of lettuce at your service
  • enough of avocado in slices, to serve

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
    In a bowl, mash the avocados until they form a puree. Add the yellow lemon juice, the jalapeño pepper, the cilantro, the habanero pepper, the salt and the pepper. Reservation.
