Teriyaki salmon with pineapple

If you are a fan of bittersweet flavors, you have to try this teriyaki salmon with pineapple, it is fresh, juicy and with a touch of acidity that makes it very special. Serve it with basmati rice. You'll love it!

Ingredients

  • 1/2 Cup of teriyaki sauce
  • 1 teaspoonful of fresh ginger chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of fennel dry
  • 1/4 of Cup of Orange marmalade
  • 1/4 of Cup of pineapple syrup sliced
  • 800 grams of Salmon cut into fillets of 200 grams each
  • 1 teaspoonful of Salt
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of Pepper
  • 2 spoonfuls of oil
  • 2 cups of basmanti rice cooked, to serve
  • to taste of sesame seed to decorate
  • to taste of chives at your service

    Preparation

    In a saucepan over medium heat, heat the teriyaki sauce and add the ginger, fennel, orange marmalade, and pineapple syrup and simmer for 5 minutes.
    Season the salmon with salt and pepper and cook in a pan over medium heat with oil to the desired point.
    Add a little sauce and cook until you get a thick and bright sauce, occasionally bathing with the sauce.
    In a bowl place the pineapple slices and cover them with a little of the remaining sauce, grill over high heat until marking on both sides.
    Serve the salmon on a bed of basmati rice and garnish with the pineapple, chives and sesame seeds.

    PRESENTATION

    Place a bed of basmati rice and on top the piece of salmon with the grilled pineapples, a little chives and white sesame seeds.

    TIPS

    To make your pineapple sweeter you can use pineapple in syrup.
