Cook this recipe of Salmon Glazed with Lemon, which has a coriander and lemon glaze that will give it a unique flavor. For this recipe with salmon to be perfect, you can order the fillet of salmon portioned in fillets of 200 grams and make each dish of them individually.

  • 4 spoonfuls of honey
  • 1/3 of Cup of coriander finely chopped
  • 1 bunch of asparagus
  • 1 Cup of bell pepper of colors, cut into slices
  • 1 Cup of pumpkin cut into slices
  • 1 Cup of carrot cut into strips
  • 1 tablespoon of I Can't Believe Is Not Butter®
  • enough of salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of chili flake
  • 1 piece of Salmon in halves, without the skin
  • 1 piece of yellow lemon sliced, to decorate
  • 1 piece of green lemon sliced, to decorate

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (357F)
    In a saucepan over medium heat, melt half a cup of I Can not Believe Is Not Butter® and add the garlic, cook a few minutes to release the aroma and brown lightly. Add the serrano pepper, lemon juice, honey and cilantro, cook 1 minute and remove. Chill
    On a tray with foil or baking paper, arrange the asparagus, peppers, pumpkin and carrots. Add 1 tablespoon of I Can't Believe Is Not Butter® and season with the chili flakes, salt and freshly ground pepper.
    Place the salmon fillet on top of the vegetables, season with salt and pepper. Pour the cilantro and lemon dressing over the salmon and close up.
    Bake about 20 minutes or until the salmon and vegetables are cooked.
    Remove from the oven, open and decorate with slices of yellow, green and fresh cilantro lime.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve the wrapped salmon on a board and decorate with slices of lemon and cilantro.
