Preparation
Mix shrimp with lemon juice in a bowl, Knorr® Switzerland Chicken stock and onion.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until the shrimp change color.
Place the shrimp and onions in a dish. Reserve the juice of the marinade.
Blend the juice of the marinade with the English sauce and the chile serrano.
Pour this mixture into the platter with the shrimp and add the cucumbers. Refrigerate again for 15 more minutes.
Serve and accompany with corn toast.
