These hot days prepare a delicious, fresh and picosito aguachile shrimp that is accompanied with corn toast and decorated with purple onion, and serrano pepper. In addition to its intense flavor it has a combination of English sauce, lemon juice and of course Knorr® Swiss Chicken Broth. You'll love it!

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1 kilo medium shrimp, without shells, clean and cut butterfly
  • 1 cup lemon juice, casting
  • 2 tablespoons Knorr® Switzerland Chicken Broth
  • 1 red onion, filleted and filleted
  • 2 tablespoons English sauce
  • 2 serrano peppers, without stem and without seeds
  • 1 cucumber, peeled, seeded and cut into half moons
  • 8 corn tortilla chip , baked

Preparation

Mix shrimp with lemon juice in a bowl, Knorr® Switzerland Chicken stock and onion.
Refrigerate for 30 minutes or until the shrimp change color.
Place the shrimp and onions in a dish. Reserve the juice of the marinade.
Blend the juice of the marinade with the English sauce and the chile serrano.
Pour this mixture into the platter with the shrimp and add the cucumbers. Refrigerate again for 15 more minutes.
Serve and accompany with corn toast.

TIPS

To defoliate the onion, soak in hot water for 30 minutes, drain and let cool.
