4 portions
  • 300 grams sushi rice
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar, or white wine
  • 1 avocado, big
  • 1/2 lemon juice
  • 4 leaves nori seaweed
  • 200 grams surimi, cut into strips
  • soy sauce, at your service
  • 1/2 cucumbers, cut into strips
  • 1 carrot, cut into strips
  • 150 grams cream cheese, cut into strips


Put the rice in a small pan with 600ml of water. Bring to a boil and cook for 10 minutes or until the water is absorbed and the rice is tender. Stir with the vinegar cover and let cool.
Divide the rice between the nori leaves and spread evenly, leaving an edge of 1 cm at the top and bottom. Place on rice, surimi, carrot, cucumber and cream cheese.
Fold the bottom edge of the nori seaweed sheets over the stuffing and roll tightly.
Moisten the top edge with a little water to help seal the roll. Repeat the procedure to make 4 rolls. At this stage, the rolls can be wrapped individually in adherent plastic film and left to cool until they are ready to serve.
With a serrated knife (wet), cut each roll into 8 slices.
Serve accompanied by soy sauce.

Hola, esta receta suena deliciosa. Los he preparado con menos ingredientes, pero ahora me interesó esta receta. No sabía que podían refrigerarse, ¿cuánto tiempo (máximo) pueden estar en refrigeración antes de servir?
