Ingredients

1 serving
  • 2 surimi
  • 2 corn tortilla chip baked
  • 1 teaspoonful of light mayonnaise
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of Salt with onion
  • fresh coriander chopped finely to taste
  • white pepper powder to taste
  • 1 teaspoonful of yellow lemon juice
  • red onions to taste
  • chile de árbol peppers chopped finely to taste
  • 1/2 Cup of sweet corn

Preparation

Cut the surimi into cubes.
In a bowl, add surimi, corn, mayonnaise, salt, cilantro, chile, pepper and lemon. Stir well.
Serves the preparation on toast.

PRESENTATION

Serve on a plate.

TIPS

Place the ingredients on the toast until the last moment, so that the toast does not lose the crunchy texture.

Está muy rica,y sencilla de preparar,es muy sana y yo para que sepa mejor le agrego aguacate para que sea más completa la receta la recomiendo altamente. ¡¡¡¡¡¡¡¡GRANDIOSA RECETA!!!!!!!!
