Preparation
Pepper the tuna medallions. Reservation.
Mix in a bowl the amaranth, cilantro, onion and perfectly cover the tuna medallions, forming a crust.
Heat in a medium skillet over medium heat 1 tablespoon of Nutrioli DHA® Oil, seal the tuna medallion for 3 minutes on one side and then turn to finish cooking 3 more minutes. Taking care not to burn the amaranth.
Blend cream, chili, cilantro, garlic, perfectly.
Empty the sauce in a medium pot and cook over low heat for 5 minutes to thicken. Season
Heat a spoonful of Nutrioli DHA® Oil, in a medium skillet over medium heat, sauté the pans and season.
