Because Lent does not have to be boring, we give you this rich recipe of a roll of tuna. It has a creamy and spicy filling and a very colorful presentation. The best thing is that you do not need an oven to prepare this delicious dish.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 3 packages cream cheese, 190g each
  • 1/2 cups chipotle chili, ground
  • 1/4 cups mayonnaise
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 2 cups canned tuna, drained
  • 1/2 cups tomtato, cut into cubes
  • 1/2 cups red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cups whole kernel corn, yellow
  • 1/4 cups pea
  • 2 serrano peppers, finely chopped
  • 1 package white box bread
  • to taste cherry tomato, to decorate
  • to taste green olive, to decorate
  • to taste parsley, to decorate

Preparation

In a bowl beat the cream cheese and add the chipotle pepper, the mayonnaise, season with salt and pepper. Place a quarter in a sleeve with duya and reserve.
In another bowl mix the tuna with the tomato, the purple onion, yellow corn, the peas, the chile serrano, season with salt and pepper.
Cut the edges of the bread and on a non-stick plastic, place the slices of bread and with the help of a rolling pin, press until the slices are joined and flattened.
Spread the cheese with chipotle over the bread, and add the tuna. With the help of non-stick plastic rolls. Refrigerate for 20 minutes.
Garnish with cheese, tomatoes, olives and parsley. Cut into 2 cm thick slices and offer.
