These hash browns with tuna are ideal for a family meal, soft on the inside and crispy on the outside. Children and adults will love them; they are simply delicious accompanied with a green salad.

Ingredients

6 servings
  • 3 potatoes Peeled, cut into quarters and cooked.
  • 1/2 Cup of fresh cheese grated
  • 280 grams of tuna in water
  • 2 spoonfuls of cornstarch
  • 2 spoonfuls of flour
  • 2 spoonfuls of coriander finely chopped
  • to taste of Salt
  • enough of oil
  • to taste of lettuce to the side
  • to taste of tomato to the side
  • to taste of cucumber to the side

Preparation

In a bowl, crush the cooked potatoes.
Mix the potatoes with the white cheese, tuna, cornstarch, flour, cilantro and mix until it is integrated. Season with salt.
Form hash browns.
In a pan over medium heat, heat the oil and fry the hash browns on both sides until they are golden brown.
Serve with a fresh salad of lettuce, tomato and cucumber.

PRESENTATION

On an extended plate accompanied by salad of lettuce, cucumber and tomato.

TIPS

You can substitute cilantro for fresh parsley.
