Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Heat a skillet over medium heat with the oil, cook the garlic, onion, peppers, spinach, cherry tomato, olives and Dolores® Tuna Loin Solid Yellow Fin in Water with the tomato puree, around 10 minutes to integrate all the flavors. Chill
In a bowl, hydrate the yeast with water, let it rest. Mix the wheat flour with the yeast, the olive oil, the salt, the sugar, the oregano and add the water little by little, only use the necessary quantity. Form a dough, rest 10 min and reserve.
On a table spread the dough to form a circle ½ cm thick, filled with tuna preparation, add mozzarella cheese, close the calzone.
Place the calzone on a tray, bake for 20 minutes or until cooked and with a golden color. Serve and enjoy.
