Tuna Ceviche toast with Guacamole

Ingredients

  • 2 pieces of avocado
  • 3 spoonfuls of onion chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of coriander chopped
  • 1/4 of Cup of lemon juice
  • to taste of salt and pepper
  • 8 envelopes of Blue Marine Tuna® in Water
  • 3/4 of Cup of lemon juice
  • 1/4 of Cup of olive oil
  • 1/4 of piece of purple Onion finely chopped
  • 3 pieces of habañero pepper finely chopped
  • 2 spoonfuls of coriander finely chopped
  • 1/2 Cup of tomato finely chopped
  • 2 pieces of mango in cubes
  • 1 tablespoon of oregano
  • to taste of salt and pepper
  • 8 pieces of toasts
  • to taste of pore in strips, fried to decorate

    Preparation

    For the guacamole, in a bowl, mash the avocados until you obtain a puree and mix it with the onion, cilantro, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Reservation.
    For the ceviche, in a bowl mix the Marina Azul® tuna in Agua with the lemon juice and the olive oil. Marinate 15 minutes in refrigeration.
    Remove the cooling tuna and integrate the onion, habanero pepper, cilantro, tomato, mango and season with oregano, salt and pepper.
    Assemble the toast by spreading some guacamole on the base, add a little tuna ceviche and decorate with fried pore. Serve immediately.
