Do not forget to prepare these fresh and delicious tuna ceviche tostadas with a touch of guacamole and a bit of mango to give a twist to your traditional recipe. It's a complete meal that will get you out of trouble.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 avocados
  • 3 tablespoons onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh coriander, chopped
  • 1/4 cups lemon juice
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 8 envelopes Blue Marine Tuna® in Water
  • 3/4 cups lemon juice
  • 1/4 cups olive oil
  • 1/4 red onions, finely chopped
  • 3 habanero peppers, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh coriander, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cups tomtato, finely chopped
  • 2 mangos, in cubes
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 8 fried or toasted corn tortilla
  • to taste leek, in strips, fried to decorate

Preparation

For the guacamole, in a bowl, mash the avocados until you obtain a puree and mix it with the onion, cilantro, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Reservation.
For the ceviche, in a bowl mix the Marina Azul® tuna in Agua with the lemon juice and the olive oil. Marinate 15 minutes in refrigeration.
Remove the cooling tuna and integrate the onion, habanero pepper, cilantro, tomato, mango and season with oregano, salt and pepper.
Assemble the toast by spreading some guacamole on the base, add a little tuna ceviche and decorate with fried pore. Serve immediately.

PRESENTATION

TIPS

Do not make toast with much time in advance to avoid soaking.
