Ingredients

6 portions
  • leaves rice paper
  • 2 cucumbers, finely cut into strips
  • 2 tablespoons soy
  • 2 tablespoons siracha sauce
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoons sugar
  • 1/2 red onions, girl finely chopped
  • leaves french lettuce
  • 1 liter Water, to boil
  • 1/2 packages noodle vermicelli
  • 3 tuna steaks
  • fresh coriander, without stems
  • leaves peppermint
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • to taste olive oil

Preparation

Put vermicelli noodles in the boiling water (or as indicated in the package) and season with salt, pepper, grated lemon and a little lemon juice.
Marinate the tuna with plenty of pepper and salt and brown in olive oil in a very hot pan, about 2 minutes on each side.
Put a damp cloth and moisten the first 3 pieces of rice paper sheets.
Put on each sheet of paper first a few leaves of coriander, then the lettuce leaf, a piece of tuna, cucumbers, mint leaves and vermicelli rice noodles. Fold the bottom of the rice paper and roll it up. Put in a dish with a rag.
Serve with the spicy soy sauce prepared by mixing soy, spicy Siracha sauce, rice vinegar, sugar, pepper and onion.
Serve cold.

Los prepare pero sin atun, solamente con vegetales. Que viene siendo los nodlles ver micelio? Es algún tipo de pasta.
