Ingredients

4 portions
  • 6 chayotes, cut into medium cubes
  • 2 cups cream
  • 1 cup manchego cheese, grated
  • 2 cups ham, cut into medium squares
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper

Preparation

In a pot with boiling water, place the chayotes and cook over medium heat for 15 minutes. Chill and rest.
Mix the chayotes, cream, Manchego cheese, ham, salt and pepper in a bowl.
Serve and enjoy.

PRESENTATION

Accompany with a natural drink and toast.
