Ingredients

4 portions
  • 6 chayote squash , cut into medium cubes
  • 2 cups cream
  • 1 cup manchego cheese, grated
  • 2 cups Ham, cut in medium squares
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper

Preparation

In a pot with boiling water, place the chayotes and cook over medium heat for 15 minutes. Cool and rest.
Mix in a bowl the chayotes, the cream, the Manchego cheese, the ham, the salt and the pepper.
Serve and enjoy.
