Ingredients

4 portions
  • 4 golden apple
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 cup almond
  • 1/2 kiwis, diced
  • 2 tablespoons oats
  • 1 tablespoon agave honey
  • raspberries, to decorate
  • enough peppermint, to decorate

Preparation

Fill the apples with the almond mixture, garnish with raspberries and mint. Enjoy!

PRESENTATION

Garnish with raspberry and fresh mint, serve on an extended plate.
