Recipe for chickpea burgers with amaranth. Alternative for different and healthy burgers; ideal for vegetarians. Prepare them in a barbecue and you will see that everyone will love them and end up asking for your recipe.

Ingredients

12 servings
  • 1 1/2 cups of chickpeas Cooked
  • 1 tablespoon of chicken broth powder
  • 1/4 of Cup of parsley chopped
  • 1/2 Cup of onion chopped
  • 1/4 of Cup of mushroom chopped
  • 1/4 of Cup of Bell pepper chopped
  • 3 cups of amaranth natural
  • oils

    Preparation

    Blend the chickpeas with very little water from where they were cooked. Then add the chicken broth powder in the blender and liquefy a little more.
    In a deep enough container to have all the ingredients chopped and mixed: parsley, onion, mushrooms and pepper; add the chickpea liquefied and mix.
    Add the amaranth little by little until everything is well incorporated and the dough is manageable, not sticky.
    Proceed to make the pancakes slightly thick and fry them in very hot oil on both sides, being careful not to break them.
    Once fried all the pancakes, put together the burgers.

    PRESENTATION

    Assemble in hamburger bread spread with a little mayonnaise and mustard, fresh lettuce, tomato, ketchup and good profit!

    TIPS

    The amaranth will inflate and take a golden color with the oil.

    Son DELICIOSAS. Deberían de poner más recetas de este tipo que realmente son saludables....las hice y volví a hacer y hoy otra vez son riquísimas en hamburguesa....o en ensalada.....como tacos....Kiwilimón netaaaaa de estas recetas máaaassss.

    Definitivamente ricas!! Salen muy ricas, obviamente no esperen el sabor grasiento de una hamburguesa común, pero es muy bueno, yo no las freí, las puse en plancha muy caliente con un poco de aerosol pam.
