Citrus Jam Low in Sugar

Take advantage of this citrus season to make a homemade jam, which besides being absolutely delicious, is very low in calories when sweetened with sweetener. You will no longer have pretexts to enjoy the sweet pleasures of life!

Ingredients

  • 2 pieces of orange
  • 2 pieces of tangerine
  • 1 piece of grapefruit
  • 1 piece of cinnamon slit
  • 2 pieces of star anise
  • 1/2 Cup of Orange juice
  • 7 grams of grenetina hydrated
  • 4 spoonfuls of non-caloric edulcolorate

    Preparation

    Cut the oranges, tangerines and grapefruit into segments, removing the seeds.
    Place the fruit with cinnamon, star anise, orange juice and cook until the liquid evaporates, about 20 minutes.
    Add the grenetina and the sweetener, let cook for 10 minutes more, or until it reduces and have a thick consistency. It cools completely.
