Cucumber Stuffed with Ground Beef

My recipe for cucumber stuffed with ground beef is delicious, it is an adaptation of a family recipe to which I made some modifications. It is a very tasty and simple preparation.

Ingredients

6 servings
  • 6 cucumbers to fill (caigua)
  • 500 grams of ground beef
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 onion
  • 1 tablespoon of sweet paprika
  • 1 carrot grated
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 branch of celery
  • 5 leaves of parsley
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 Cup of ground bread
  • 2 spoonfuls of English sauce
  • 600 milliliters of milk
  • 1 tablespoon of Salt
  • 1 teaspoonful of pending

    Preparation

    Carefully make an opening and remove the seeds inside the cucumber.
    In a large bowl add the meat with the crushed garlic and salt to absorb its flavor while you prepare the rest to refrigerate.
    Chop the long onion, the tomatoes, the paprika in squares, chop the celery on the branch and the parsley and stir with the grated carrot.
    Add all this to the ground meat plus the 2 eggs, the bread crumbs, English sauce and pepper to taste and mix well.
    Once everything is well mixed start filling the cucumbers and seal them with crossed sticks so that the filling does not come out.
    In a large cauldron add the milk and introduce the cucumbers one by one for cooking. Cover the cauldron and let it cook for 20 minutes.
    Once the 20 minutes have passed remove the chopsticks serve, if you want you can put a layer of double cream cheese with béchamel sauce and melt in the microwave for 50 seconds.

    TIPS

    If you have a processor you can buy clean meat without fat and chop it yourself.
