Preparing a healthy and delicious snack is very easy with this recipe for cucumbers stuffed with lemon and mango jelly, served with chili powder and hot sauce. Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 cucumbers
  • 1 liter Water
  • 1 on D’Gari® light lemon gelatin dessert, (20 g)
  • 1 cup mango, diced
  • enough chilli powder, To accompany
  • enough hot sauce, To accompany

Preparation

Peel the cucumbers with a grater, but leave skin lines; cut the tip of the cucumber and with the help of a corer, hollow out the cucumber to remove all the pulp. Reservation.
Heat the water, add Gelatin light D'Gari® lemon flavor, mix until dissolved. Let cool and reserve.
Place the cucumbers in a glass to hold them, arrange the mango cubes inside, pour in the lemon jelly and refrigerate until set.
Cut cucumber slices, serve with chili powder and hot sauce.

PRESENTATION

On a plate, accompanied by chili powder and hot sauce.

TIPS

If you don't have a corer, you can use a straw to remove the pulp from the cucumber.
