Ingredients

1 portion
  • 2 Mango cups with Vita + ® orange juice
  • 1/2 cups milk
  • 1 tablespoon liquid vanilla
  • 1/2 cups greek yogurt
  • 1/4 tablespoons ginger
  • enough Orange peel, to decorate
  • enough peppermint, chopped, to decorate

Preparation

Pour the contents of the mango cups with Vita + ® orange juice into an ice cube or popsicle mold and freeze until solidified.
In the blender place the fruit ice with juice, milk, vanilla, yoghurt and ginger. Blend until you get a smooth smoothie.
Serve in a glass and decorate with orange peel and minced mint.
