Ingredients

10 portions
  • 1 kilo soy, textured
  • 1 bunch epazote
  • 3 red onions
  • 1 branch fresh coriander, finely chopped
  • 4 manzano peppers, more or less, to the taste
  • 2 grams salt, to taste
  • 4 tablespoons oil
  • 2 grams black pepper, to taste

Preparation

Soak the soybeans in water while the ingredients are minced (cilantro, apple-tree chile, epazote and onion).
Put to heat the oil, then fry the ingredients.
Drain the soy and after 2 minutes place it inside the pan with the other ingredients.
Season to taste.

PRESENTATION

Accompany with tortillas, toasts or salty cookies.
