Make this delicious Toasted Bread with Avocado and Esquites, a light and vegetarian recipe that you will love. Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 teaspoonful of corn oil
  • 1/4 of Cup of White onion
  • 1 teaspoonful of garlic finely chopped
  • 1 Cup of corn White
  • 1 tablespoon of epazote finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of coriander finely chopped
  • 2 cups of chicken soup
  • 1 pinch of Salt
  • 4 pieces of box bread integral
  • 1 piece of avocado mature
  • enough of fresh cheese crumbled, to serve
  • enough of epazote at your service
  • enough of Classic Tajín® at your service

    Preparation

    For the esquites, heat the oil in a pan over medium heat and add the onion and garlic. Add the corn and cook a few minutes, add the epazote, cilantro and chicken broth. Cook 15 minutes or until the ears are soft and the liquid is completely reduced, season with salt, remove and cool.
    On a comal toast the loaves on both sides until browned lightly.
    In a bowl, mash the avocados until you get a puree, spread each bread with a little avocado and add the skins.
    Decorate with fresh cheese, epazote and finish with classic Tajín®.

    PRESENTATION

    Place the skits on the bread with avocado and finish with fresh cheese and classic Tajín®.

    TIPS

    Dry your skis very well at the time of cooking, so that, when serving, do not soak the bread with the liquid.
