Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 tomatoes, Boys
  • 1 can tuna
  • 2 tablespoons jocoque
  • 1 lemon
  • ponzu soy sauces
  • Valentina Mexican hot sauces, little
  • liquid chamoys, (salsabritas), little
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 pinch McCormick® Minced Garlic
  • 1 pinch zataar

Preparation

Cut the tomatoes in half and remove the seeds and sides.
In a bowl mix the tuna and jocoque, season with lemon, soy, valentina, salsabritas and zatar. Stir well until well blended.
To each half of tomato it is put a little of the mixture to him as it is seen in the photo and it is seasoned with salt, pepper and garlic on top.
