Preparation
Cut the tomatoes in half and remove the seeds and sides.
In a bowl mix the tuna and jocoque, season with lemon, soy, valentina, salsabritas and zatar. Stir well until well blended.
To each half of tomato it is put a little of the mixture to him as it is seen in the photo and it is seasoned with salt, pepper and garlic on top.
