Ingredients

6 servings
  • 3 spoonfuls of olive oil
  • 1 Cup of tofu cut into cubes
  • 1 piece of onion finely chopped
  • 3 cloves of garlic finely chopped
  • 1 piece of Red bell pepper cut into boxes
  • 1 piece of pumpkin cut into cubes
  • 3/4 of Cup of Cauliflower Eva® Bits
  • 3/4 of Cup of Broccoli Eva® Bits
  • 1/2 Cup of White wine
  • 1 tablespoon of saffron
  • 1 Cup of pea Cooked
  • 1/3 of Cup of black olive
  • 8 pieces of dehydrated tomato cut into strips
  • 1 Cup of artichoke heart
  • 1 tablespoon of parsley finely chopped
  • 2 pieces of yellow lemon

    Preparation

    In a paella pan, heat the oil over medium heat, add the cubes of tofu, onion, red pepper and cook for 5 minutes, add the pumpkin and cook for 2 more minutes.
    Add the Cauliflower Bits and the Broccoli Eva® Bits, cook a few minutes and add the wine. Cook for 15 minutes over low heat.
    Add the peas, the black olives, the dehydrated tomatoes and the artichoke hearts, cook for 5 more minutes over low heat.
    Garnish with parsley and yellow lemon.

    PRESENTATION

    On an extended plate, accompanied by a glass of wine.

    TIPS

    You can substitute saffron for paprika.

    No vale la pena, ingredientes caros, no sabe bien, la receta no especifica cuándo poner el ajo y el azafrán, no sabe para nada a paella, no pierdan su tiempo!
