Ingredients: 1 tablespoon olive oil; 1 clove garlic, finely chopped; 1/2 chicken breasts, cooked and shredded.; 1 teaspoon fresh oregano, finely chopped; 1 teaspoon dried morita chile, finely chopped; ground black peppers, a pinch; salt, a pinch; 4 sopes, small corn; 1/2 cups Obela® Hummus, Chiles Toreados; 1/2 cups lettuce, Italian, washed, disinfected, and finely chopped; 1 radish, in thin slices; 2 tablespoons Cotija cheese, grated

Heat the oil in a skillet and cook the garlic until softened. Add the chicken and sauté for one minute. Enhance the flavor with oregano, morita chili, salt, and pepper; let it cook for one more minute. Heat the sopes and spread them with Hummus Obela® Chiles Toreados and serve portions of the chicken sauté on top.
