Fry the chilies with the almonds in a little hot butter, stir to avoid burning.
Grill the tomatoes in the same pot, taking care not to burn.
Remove from heat and blend this with the hot broth, thyme, garlic and onion. Verify that it is well ground (if necessary).
Heat a little butter, fry the sauce, stir and let it thicken. Season and remove from heat.
Roast the breasts with salt and pepper.
