Cold Lasagna of Pan Pita and Avocado

Try this different version of cold "lasagna" pita bread with avocado. It does not need an oven, since it is made with layers of pita bread with an avocado dip, dehydrated tomatoes and Parmesan cheese. Do not stop trying!

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 Hummus spreadable garbanzo and sesame Libanius®
  • 3 avocados, in pieces
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons oregano
  • 10 fresh basil leaves
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 2 pinches black pepper
  • 1 bag Pan Pita Taquero Libanius®
  • 1 1/2 cups dehydrated tomato
  • 1 cup parmesan cheese
  • enough basil, to decorate

Preparation

For the dip, in a processor add the Hummus spreadable garbanzo and original sesame Libanius®, avocado, lemon juice, onion powder, basil, salt and pepper. Process until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
On a refractory place the Pita Taquero Libanius® bread and with the help of a spatula anoint the previous mixture, place dehydrated tomatoes and a little Parmesan cheese.
Place another layer of Arabic bread and repeat the previous procedure until 3 layers are obtained.
Garnish with fresh basil.

PRESENTATION

On an extended plate, decorated with avocado dip and fresh basil.

TIPS

The lemon juice in the dip helps prevent the avocado from oxidizing.
