Preparation
For the dip, in a processor add the Hummus spreadable garbanzo and original sesame Libanius®, avocado, lemon juice, onion powder, basil, salt and pepper. Process until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
On a refractory place the Pita Taquero Libanius® bread and with the help of a spatula anoint the previous mixture, place dehydrated tomatoes and a little Parmesan cheese.
Place another layer of Arabic bread and repeat the previous procedure until 3 layers are obtained.
Garnish with fresh basil.
