Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 cup Hunt's ® Original BBQ Sauce
  • to taste cooking spray oil
  • 600 grams pork chop
  • 1/2 onions
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 500 grams cambray potato, precooked
  • 2 lemons, just the juice
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 3 carrots
  • to taste salt and pepper

Preparation

To marinate the meat: Place in a bowl the meat with the chopped garlic , chop the same portion of onion and the añádela, as well as the lemon juice, salpimenta. Begin to integrate with the meat, incorporating the Hunt's ® Original BBQ Sauce, so that all the chops are well covered with the ingredients, once they have already taken the color of the sauce, cover the container and reserve (15 min. marinate).
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (the time the chops are marinated). Grill onions, peppers and carrots cut into julienne strips.
Spray the container where you are going to bake the chops with the spray oil, you can also use butter, but you could lose the flavor of the stew sauce, so it is preferable that you use spray oil; so do not waste and it is important not to put too much, since the peppers and carrots at the time of cooking release their juice. Place the potatoes, carrots, peppers and onion in a refractory, you also have to season them.
Once the time has passed to marinate the chops, place them on the vegetables, since at the time of cooking they will release the flavor of the sauce on the garnish, place also the rest of the sauce that was left in the container where you put the chops and Bake for 30 min. Ready; Bon Appetite!!

TIPS

You can add a little more Hunt's ® Original BBQ Sauce if you want the flavor to be more concentrated.
