Try this new version of meatloaf with a layer of potato omelet, which makes a delicious combination of flavor, and becomes a very complete dish for its balanced contribution of protein and carbohydrates.

Ingredients

10 servings
  • 4 spoonfuls of olive oil
  • 1/4 of piece of onion cut in half moons
  • 2 pieces of potato cut into sheets 2 mm thick
  • 3 pieces of egg
  • to taste of salt and pepper
  • 300 grams of ground beef
  • 300 grams of ground pork
  • 1 tablespoon of garlic finely chopped
  • 4 spoonfuls of ketchup
  • 2 spoonfuls of mustard
  • 1 tablespoon of parsley finely chopped
  • 1 Cup of peppers in oil
  • 6 slices of Manchego cheese

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
    In a pan heat the oil over medium heat, add the onion, cook until softened, add the potatoes, season with salt and pepper and cook for 10 minutes, until softened. Let cool and reserve.
    Beat the eggs with salt and pepper, add the previous preparation and reserve.
    Mix the ground beef, with the ground pork, add ketchup, mustard, garlic, parsley, season with salt and pepper.
    In a rectangular mold, place the slices of bacon until the mold is covered, add the meat preparation, add the peppers, the slices of cheese and the potatoes with egg.
    Bake for 40 min.
    Unmold, and bake for 10 more minutes without covering, to brown the bacon .
    Cut a slice and serve with spinach salad.

    Me encantó la receta, quedo muy rico.

    En la lista de ingredientes no mencionan el tocino. Sería bueno que mencionara que el molde lo pongan sobre una charola de aluminio ya que cuando el tocino empieza a dorarse, gotea el aceite fuera del molde. Esto me pasó a mi, el aceite cayó en la base del horno y aparte que lo ensucio porque se quemo también empezó una humadera terrible que tuve que abrir el horno, sacar el pastel que no había terminado su tiempo de cocción y abrir ventanas. Fue entonces que lo puse su re una charola y le baje los grados al horno para terminar de cocinarlo. El sabor. Muy bueno.
