Ingredients

5 portions
  • 5 Tía Rosa® wheat flour tortillas
  • 3 beef steak, thin
  • 2 tomatoes, Cooked
  • 1/8 garlic and onions, Cooked
  • 3 dried chili, fried
  • 50 milliliters sour cream
  • 1 butterhead lettuce, Washed leaves disinfected and dried
  • 10 milliliters vegetal oil
  • 2 pinches salt
  • 1 pinch ground pepper

Preparation

Season the steak and cook on the grill, a short time.
Grind the tomato, onion, garlic and chili without liquid and salt and pepper.
Cut the lettuce into very thin strips.

PRESENTATION

Serve immediately after cooking your steak, straight to the hot Tia Rosa® Tortillinas® and serve with fried onions.

TIPS

Heat your grill very well so you do not stick your steak to the grill.
