Preparation
Cook the chicken with the onion and salt to taste.
Cook the potatoes in water.
Place the deveined broad chili and the whole morita in hot water; to soften them.
Toast the sesame in a pan.
Grind the sesame seeds with chilies, garlic, cinnamon, cloves and water.
In a pan fry with little oil and without straining, the chili already ground, the consommé. Rectify seasoning.
Peel, cut the potatoes into medium squares and add them to the chili.
Finally add the chicken, mix well and cook for 15 minutes more. It serves.
