Boil the tomatoes and when they are soft, blend them with the garlic, the Knorr Tomato® Tomato Seasoning Bucket and a cup of the cooking liquid.
Heat the oil in a pot and fry the onion over low heat until it is softened and lightly browned.
Pour the liquefied tomato and let it simmer for 5 minutes. Add oregano, chipotles and cook for 3 more minutes.
Spread some beans on each toast and place some onion tinga on them. It serves.
