We tell you how to make a very original pambazo. If you're tired of the classic potato pambazo with chorizo, prepare this rich version of steak with sausage, in the traditional marinated bread and served with lettuce, cheese, cream and raw green sauce. The best thing about this steak pambazo with longaniza is that you can prepare it with your favorite ingredients. On national holidays, prepare it as a starter, snack or main dish, sure that everyone will love this delicious recipe.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 8 pieces of guajillo chili pepper clean, deveined and soaked in hot water
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1/4 of piece of White onion
  • 1 pinch of Salt
  • enough of lard
  • 1/2 Cup of longaniza sausage chopped
  • 1/4 of Cup of White onion finely chopped
  • 1 Cup of beef steak chopped
  • 4 pieces of Mexican white bread for pambazo sandwhich
  • enough of lettuce finely chopped, to serve
  • enough of fresh cheese crumbled, to serve
  • enough of sour cream for serving
  • enough of green sauce raw, to accompany
  • piz

Preparation

For the marinade, blend the chilies with a little of the soaking water, garlic, onion and a little salt until you get a smooth adobito.
Fry the marinade with a little lard in a pot over medium heat about 5 minutes, rectify seasoning and reserve.
For the filling, heat a pan over medium heat and cook the sausage until the fat is released. Add the onion and steak, cook until the meat is cooked and season with salt and pepper.
Cut the bread in half and dip in the marinade. Fry lightly on a comal with a little lard until golden brown. Fill them with the steak filling and serve with lettuce, fresh cheese, sour cream and raw green sauce.

PRESENTATION

Serve with aged cheese, cream, fresh green lettuce and raw green sauce.

TIPS

If you can not find bread for pambazo you can replace it with telera rolls
