Alfredo Pasta with Broccoli, Peas and Salmon

Prepare this pasta of moñitos, in a delicious creamy alfredo sauce, based on Greek Yoplait Added Sugar, accompanied by salmon and vegetables such as broccoli and pea. It is so rich, healthy and quick to prepare, that it will not take 30 minutes to cook this delicious dish.

  • 3 cups Water
  • 2 cups bow tie pasta
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, finely chopped
  • 500 grams Salmon, in a market, cut into medium cubes
  • 2 cups Yoghurt Greek Yoplait Without Sugar Added
  • 1/2 cups low fat milk
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch black pepper
  • 1 cup broccoli
  • 1 cup broccoli, precooked and cut into medium pieces
  • 1 cup pea, precooked
  • 1/2 cups parmesan cheese, grated
  • 1/4 cups mozzarella cheese, grated


Heat water in a pot until it reaches a boiling point, cook the pasta until smooth. Strain and reserve.
Heat a pan over medium heat with the butter, fry the garlic with the salmon, add the Greek Yoplait Without Added Sugar, add the milk, season to taste with salt and pepper, mix well.
Add the pasta, broccoli and peas; mix well, cook until the liquid in the preparation is reduced a little.
To finish, add the Parmesan cheese and mozzarella cheese, move so that the cheeses are melted a little and the liquid of the preparation becomes more creamy.
Serve and enjoy.


Serve on a plate and decorate with vegetables and a little more Parmesan. Accompany with a refreshing drink.


The sauce is prepared with yoghurt to make it healthier and delicious.
