Pasta with Shrimp in Creamy Tomato Sauce

This Christmas come out of the box with this incredible recipe of pasta with shrimp in a delicious and creamy tomato sauce accompanied by grated Parmesan cheese. It will be the feeling and the presentation is incredible. Prepare it!

Ingredients

4 servings
  • enough of Water
  • 1 tablespoon of Salt
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 sheet of laurel
  • 1 package of Fusilli vegetal Lucchetti® 450 g
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of onion finely chopped
  • 1 clove of garlic finely chopped
  • 2 cups of medium shrimp cleansed
  • 1 pinch of salt and pepper
  • 2 spoonfuls of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of Butter
  • 2 spoonfuls of onion in pieces
  • 1 clove of garlic chopped
  • 2 spoonfuls of leek chopped
  • 1 piece of carrot peeled and chopped
  • 1 Cup of tomato Tin, without shell, or seeds.
  • 1 1/2 cups of evaporated milk
  • 1 Cup of sour cream
  • 1/4 of Cup of chicken soup
  • to taste of salt and pepper
  • 4 spoonfuls of Parmesan cheese at your service
  • 4 pieces of basil leaf to decorate

    Preparation

    In a saucepan over medium heat, boil the water and add salt, oil and laurel. Let the boiling point recover and add the Lucchetti® vegetable fusilli, cook until it is "al dente", drain and reserve.
    In a pan over medium heat heat the olive oil and cook the onion and garlic. Add the shrimp and season with salt and pepper. Reservation.
    In a saucepan over medium heat, heat the olive oil with the butter. Cook the onion, garlic, pore and carrot. Blend together with the tomato, the evaporated milk, the sour cream and the chicken broth.
    Melt the butter in the same pot and add the sauce. Cook 10 minutes or until thick. Add the Lucchetti® vegetable fusilli and the shrimp, cook 5 more minutes, season.
    Serve the pasta and garnish with basil and Parmesan cheese.

    PRESENTATION

    Garnish with fresh basil and Parmesan cheese.

    TIPS

    Do not overcook the sauce with the pasta, but it will be more cooked than it should be.
