Crunchy dough pizza with a tomato sauce with fresh basil, asparagus, caramelized pear and goat cheese. You will not be able to resist the autumnal flavor of this pizza.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 3 cups wheat flour Great Value®
  • 3 tablespoons Water, tibia
  • 1 tablespoon dry yeast
  • 1 tablespoon Great Value® Sugar
  • 3 teaspoons Great Value® salt
  • 3 tablespoons Extra Special Olive Oil®
  • 1 Extra Special® tomato paste sauce and gorgonzola cheese
  • 1 cup Extra Special® mozzarella cheese, grated
  • 1/2 cups Extra Special Goat Cheese®
  • 6 Extra Special® whole white asparagus in spring water and balsamic vinegar
  • 8 slices cured ham, Iberian
  • to taste pear, cut into sheets, to decorate
  • to taste basil, to decorate

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
For the dough, mix the flour with the previously hydrated yeast powder in the bowl, the standard Great Value® Sugar, the Great Value® Salt and Extra Virgin Extra Virgin Olive Oil, knead until it forms a dough. It rests in refrigeration.
Stretch the dough and place on a pizza pan, top with Extra Special® pasta sauce, tomato and gorgonzola cheese, shredded Mozarella cheese, crumbled Extra Special® Natural Goat Cheese, the Extra Special® Whole White Asparagus, the slices of Serrano ham Iberian and the pear in sheets.
Bake for 15 minutes or until crunchy and the cheese is completely melted, cut and enjoy.
