Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
For the base, rub the flour with butter and salt with your hands until it is lightly integrated. Add the water little by little and knead until a homogeneous and smooth mass is obtained.
Spread with a rolling pin on a floured surface, line a previously greased and floured pie pan and remove excess dough. Reservation.
For the filling, in a pan over medium heat cook the asparagus and the portobellos with olive oil. Season with thyme, salt, pepper and marjoram. Chill and mix with goat cheese. Reservation.
In a bowl, mix the milk with the cream, the eggs, the mustard, the pepper and the flour. Add the vegetables with the cheese and ham.
Pour the mixture on the base of the quiche and place the tomatoes on the surface. Bake about 40 minutes or until cooked. Enjoy
