Ingredients

4 portions
  • 5 manzano peppers
  • 1 onion, median
  • 1/2 cups lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano, crushed
  • 1 tablespoon Knorr® chicken bouillon

Preparation

Roast the peppers directly on the flame until slightly burned on all sides.
Place them in a plastic bag, close and leave them inside for 10 minutes.
Remove the skin, seeds and cut them into slits
Mix the apple slices with the rest of the ingredients and season with Knorr® Switzerland Chicken Broth.
Refrigerate until serving time.
